Southwest Staffing takes a great amount of pride in providing quality service to our clients and employees. Having a highly qualified staff is the key to providing that service on a regular and on going basis. The staff at SSi is dedicated to the fulfillment of customer and employee needs. Collectively the staff of Southwest Staffing has over 100 years of service to offer the staffing industry. Each of the departments at Southwest Staffing handles an array of responsibilities that allow the staffing experience to run smoothly and consistently.
Our Sales and Marketing department develops innovative staffing solutions for increasing business and marketing Southwest Staffing throughout El Paso. Our energetic sales staff is readily available to meet with prospect companies as well as current clients to ensure on going customer satisfaction.
The Customer Service staff; with the use of a highly advanced data base system places employees at different job sites on a daily basis. The customer service representatives screen applicants through in-depth interviews and administering comprehensive skills and software skills testing to match the right employee with the right job. Our customer service team places a great amount of attention into each order filled, each client, and each employee. We welcome our clients and employees to contact us and know we are here to assist them with any issue or concern regarding their employment with SSi.
The Payroll Department ensures all Southwest Staffing employees are paid correctly and on time. In addition, the payroll department ensures timely and accurate invoices are sent to our client customers. Our payroll staff offers reporting capability to aid our customers in overall cost analysis. Our payroll department is local, which enables us to handle any changes/requests by our client customers expeditiously. Our payroll staff is always available and ready to answer all of your questions.
The Safety Department at Southwest Staffing has the unique responsibility of ensuring that all safety guidelines are met. We work closely with the customer and the employees to ensure all safety policies are being followed. At Southwest Staffing, Safety is never taken for granted and our skilled and knowledgeable Safety Staff make it a habit to not only teach, but aquire personal accountability for every unsafe act.

James also enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills as an instructor at EPCC and Webster University.
